*4th of July Celebrations*

This 4th of July was a busy, busy, busy one for us. We headed up to Idaho on Friday morning and it was none stop from there. We had Matts 10 year High School reunion, of course a parade, Mortensen family reunion, BBQ and fireworks with my family, two baby blessings and in between all of this we got our lease to own signed for our house in Idaho Falls (wahoo, finally I can start looking for a house down here).

July 3rd
My two little handsome boys being patriotic.
Red, white, and blue all the way.
This picture was taken before we left for the parade. True Idaho weather permitted us from getting any pictures of their cute outfits at the parade. It was so cold and windy. Gotta love Idaho.
Brodyn waiting for the parade to start.
My little man doing the same.
Dredyn and Gamble enjoying themselves some dirt.
Me and my boys watching the parade.
Karen, Gamble, Dredyn, Me, and Brodyn freezing our butts off at the parade.
First snow cone of the year and to make it better it was free.
Every year we have a BBQ lunch with Matts extended family. Again it was so cold but Matt somehow seemed to get a sunburn. Here is Brodyn and Teagon.

That night we headed to Idaho Falls with my family for a BBQ and of course the fireworks. Dredyn and Gamble playing on the toys hours before the fireworks started.
Brayden, Brodyn and Brittany, they aren't camera shy at all :)
I can't get enough of this little man, he just melts my heart every time I look at him.

The gang that came to watch the fireworks.

Sunday night we went to Tecia and Thads, to light some fireworks of our own.
Kyzon, Kelton, Brodyn and Trae

Grandpa, Grandma, Gamble and Dredyn
Daddy and his boys
Dredyn didn't like the sound of the fireworks. He made us cover his ears and as you can see by the next picture he had to cover his eyes.

Trouble makers is all I have to say about this picture.
and this one also.
Even though we had a very busy weekend, it couldn't have been a better weekend. It is always fun to celebrate with friends and family and what better Holiday to celebrate then our freedom. Lets not forget to thank all the soldiers out there who have made it possible and are still making it possible for us to live in a free country.

Why does Idaho weather always have to suck? OR maybe I should just say Rexburg weather? We do not miss that. But we do miss the parades...there wasnt any around here. sad.

looks like fun. Sad I missed out, at least I didn't have to bundle up to watch the fireworks.
There is a house in the next culdesac over that is for sale. Want to buy it?
