There's no Pace like Home

The boys and I had the chance to go to Idaho for 2 weeks and it was just the vacation we... okay I needed. Yes I have been away from home for a long time but there will never be a place like home. I love having my dad and mom around, not having to cook dinner, having lots of cousins to entertain my kids and just relaxing.

Finally on our way to Idaho
It was nice to be able to chill outside at night and visit and watch the boys play without dieing of heat.

We sure do miss uncle Jason and yes he misses us too :)
Playing at the Splash Park
Thanks to aunt Tecia and her carousal pass, I think all the kids rode the carousal about 50 times each.

Dredyn and Gamble jumping on the tramp with the water.
I think we ate Grandpa and Grandma out of house of home, especially the popsicles
Brodyn was in heaven riding Grandma Mortensens four-wheeler
Matt was able to come and stay the last week with us.
We went and feed the ducks at the nature Park

My mom, Me, Wendi and Jessica
Wendi and her kids also came for the last week

We had a water day at aunt Karens

We had the chance to meet the newest members of the Mortensen family. Congrats to Mitch and Miekel who welcomed their precious twin boys into the family. We also had the opportunity to be at the blessing.
Jax and Jayger Mortensen (I'm not sure which is which)

Katelynn, Jesslyn and Dredyn
Mace and Brodyn
Brylee, Adrie and Brodyn
Brodyn and Brylee
Brodyn got to play with kelton in one of his baseball games
And we also got to meet the newest member of the Pocock family, Buster.

On our last day we had dinner and smores and Jess and Chads

Even though both of my boys got pink eye, Dredyn and I got an ear infection and we had many bumps, bruises and crying we had so much fun being with our families. After two weeks of going none stop and not seeing my boys for more than 5 minutes a day because they were so busy playing, it is so nice to be back in Las Vegas, back to our same old everyday life.
