Dredyns Party

We had a little party for Dredyn on Saturday. We had a BBQ, opened presents and had cake and ice cream. Thank you to all of our family and friends who came to help us celebrate and make Dredyns 1st birthday so special.

Tired of the clothes all he wanted was the toys.

Brodyn was a lot of help when it came to opening up Dredyns presents. I don't even know if Dredyn saw his present before Brodyn started on the next one.

This is all he did while we sang to him. I have to admit it was pretty funny and I laughed the whole time.

Worn Out

This is a rare occasion for Brodyn. He spends all day every day outside, so when he comes in and says he wants to watch a movie, I am all for it. How he can sleep in such a small space I have no idea. Anyways my point being that on this specific day I had both kids sleeping so I thought that I would get a little snooze myself, boy was I wrong. How come the second I go to lay down does one of my kids have to wake up. Talk about irritating. Thats okay though because walking into the room and seeing the big grin on one of their faces is well worth it.

Happy Birthday Dredyn

Yesterday was Dredyn 1st Birthday. We started out the day by opening up presents, played with his new toys, looked at houses, played outside, had dinner with Uncle Jason and Alli, ate cake and ice cream and ended the day by watching Matt play Softball. Dredyn loved every minute of his busy birthday and we love Dredyn so much. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREDYN. Brodyn opened Dredyns present while he sat in his new car and watched. Thanks for being such a good big brother Brodyn.

Dredyn started crying the second we started to sing happy birthday. I don't know if it was because we sounded so good or if it was because he hated his cake.
